Volunteering Vision
Volunteers enhance the lives of the groups they work with and play a distinct valuable role alongside paid workers. But importantly we want our volunteers to have a rewarding and beneficial experience.
Why Volunteer?

What can you do?
There are lots of volunteer opportunities within Northamptonshire YMCA

Mobile Youth Work Assistant - Supporting staff on the Mobile Youth Bus

Kettering Play Ranger Assistant - Supporting staff in various parks and rural areas in Kettering

Teach basic Maths & English

Keep Fit Instructor - Encourage fitness and wellbeing

Teach basic First Aid

Assertiveness & Confidence Builder - Help to improve the self-esteem of young people

Cook - Advise on healthy eating, food hygiene and preparation

Beautician - Advise on personal grooming and general pampering

Support & Advice - Providing moral support and advice to young people in need
We Need YOU!
So if you are able to volunteer for one or more days per week, or even just a couple of hours, your time would help to change lives and build futures.
