Mission Statement
To work in the County of Northamptonshire with all people, with a focus on young people up to the age of 25, helping them to build a future.
The Vision
As a Christian Association we look forward to a society where people are:

- guided and supported according to their needs
- growing and developing in a safe environment
The Objects
In pursuit of the Mission, Northamptonshire YMCA will:
Build firm foundations, of
- justice and compassion for all
- advocacy for the voiceless
- prevention of disadvantage and suffering
- partnership, for the sake of those we serve
- respect for the environment and all creation
Build roads, that
- lead to interdependence
- achieve ambition

- enable us to travel with the lonely

Build bridges, of
- reconciliation for the estranged
- respect between all people
- cross-over from failure to success
- healing where there is brokenness
- tolerance between the differences
