Kettering Youth Development Youth and Community
Funded by Kettering Borough Council, the role of the Development Worker is to increase the level of support and activities to young people by youth groups in the Borough, and to improve access to these activities. This is achieved through building the capacity of the existing groups, as well as the creation of specific interest groups.
The development of strong partnerships with all relevant organisations is key to the effectiveness of this work and the project has been a catalyst in helping to establish a number of new projects in the area.
